Panel 18 Jul 2022

The rapid adoptions of PMUs in power systems has led to tremendous growth in the amount of synchrophasor data. The wealth of PMU data enables the development of various data-driven applications to better monitor, protect, and control power systems. This panel session brings together experts from universities, national laboratory, and industry to discuss innovative ways to develop and deploy deep learning and data mining tools to improve the resilience and reliability of power systems. Specifically, the topic of data-driven event detection, analysis, classification, and localization will be covered by the speakers.
