The Global Telehealth Network is implementing a telehealth system to provide free online specialty consultations for health workers on the ground in Uganda and Kenya. To enable access to those services, IEEE Smart Village is supporting entrepreneurs who are developing solar power installations and Internet access at project sites, partially funded by grants from The Rotary Foundation.
