Iberdrola USA has leveraged the US Department of Energy?s Value of Service model to articulate the value of Smart Grid investments. This presentation by Laney Brown, Director, Smart Grid Planning and Programs, will include two case studies. One that demonstrates the value of service and reliability as part of a business case to regulators and a second that highlights the use of the model to compare traditional reliability investments to Smart Grid investments for capital planning.
